Do I need a patch test?

If you’re having colour and you’re new to us, or it’s been more than six months, yes. It takes two minutes and needs doing at least 48 hours before your appointment.

What if I need to move my appointment?

Life happens. Give us 48 hours’ notice and we’ll move it without any charge.

Can you fix colour from somewhere else?

Usually, yes. Book a consultation first so we can see what we’re working with and give you an honest plan and price.

I’ve got a wedding. How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can. We’d suggest a trial six to eight weeks before the day.

Do you do curly and coily hair?

Yes. Ask for a curl cut when you book and we’ll match you with the right stylist.
